In the name of Statron AG, I would like to warmly welcome you to the new decade. In our business, the past years have been characterised by continuous technological optimisation as well as significant pressure on price levels and delivery time expectations. Statron has faced these challenges and has managed to grow continuously despite the very demanding market environment. Today, we are a global company with several subsidiaries world-wide, having had the pleasure of serving more than 3000 customers over this time period. During this time, we have been particularly successful in the areas of oil and gas, power generation and – distribution, infrastructure including airports, telecommunication and railway. Many important plants and critical infrastructures around the world rely on Statron uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and battery chargers.

Now, what does this mean for you in detail?

You benefit from our broad experience with projects in very harsh environmental conditions (installations in the desert, on off-shore platforms or at 3200 m.a.s.l. in the mountains) and products of high reliability. The high volume of delivered systems has given us the opportunity to design efficient and user-friendly products. Our industrial rectifier system BDTe as well as the industrial inverter systems IDSe/IDTe are well-known throughout the industry for their high reliability as well as the easy and convenient operability.

In the last three years as Global Director Sales and Marketing and COO, I had the privilege to witness first-hand the progress made by our teams and the successes we had with our customers. As per January 1^st, 2020, I have taken over the operative responsibility of Statron AG as CEO. I am looking forward to continuing this path of ongoing optimisation of our recognised high quality products. Despite the increased amount of tasks and responsibilities, I do not want to lose my connection to you, our customers. You are at the centre of our attention.
